Part-Time Family Advocate
A Family Advocate is the primary worker for adults, children and families referred to ESP of Indiana. A Family Advocate will provide intensive case work services in the homes of vulnerable families. The FA will be responsible for the implementation of conflict management skills, advocacy and coordination of community resources, emergency/crisis services, parenting education/training, case management, supervised visitations and other duties as assigned. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in a social science. This position prefers a master’s degree in social work or psychology and at least one year experience. Candidates possessing an unrestricted related license will receive priority consideration.

Part-Time Substance Abuse Counselor
The Substance Abuse Counselor’s primary role is providing evidence-based counseling and casework services to clients with a primary diagnosis of a substance use disorder. The Counselor will be responsible for individual counseling, co-facilitating group counseling and intensive outpatient treatment (IOT), administering drug screenings, and other duties as assigned by supervisor. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in a social science, certification or licensure in substance abuse/addictions and at least one year experience.

Full-Time Substance Abuse Therapist
The Substance Abuse Therapist has the primary role of assessing and providing evidence-based psychotherapy to clients with a primary diagnosis of a substance use disorder and/or a co-occurring disorder. The Therapist will be responsible for comprehensively assessing clients for substance abuse treatment, completing assessment reports, individual psychotherapy, co-facilitating group counseling and intensive outpatient treatment (IOT), providing drug screenings, assisting in the coordination of trainings, and other duties as assigned by supervisor. This position requires a master’s or doctorate degree in social work, clinical/counseling psychology, addictions, nursing, or other related discipline. This position further requires a related license. Approved licenses include: CADAC II, CADAC IV, LAC, LCAC, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, HSPP, NP or PA. At least one year experience providing direct substance abuse/addictions clinical services is required.
