Debbie Walcott, BS, Director of Services
Debbie Walcott is the Service Coordinator for Extra Special Parents of Indiana. With this position, Debbie is responsible for coordinating referrals for services sent to ESP IN with workers to ensure appropriate staff members are available for services requested. In addition to this, Debbie serves as a Family Advocate and provides casework services, supervised visitations, and substance abuse counseling services to clients in the counties of Wayne, Rush, and Henry.

Debbie has over 20 years of experience in case management services working with children, adults, and families, as well as working with children and adults with developmental disabilities and mental illness.

Debbie was born and raised in New Castle, Indiana. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Speech Pathology and Human Services from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.


Chanda Benson, MS, QA and Training Manager

Chanda began her employment with ESP as a Clinical Specialist and has since been promoted to Quality Assurance and Training Manager. As well as her duties as QA and Training manager, Chanda also completes substance abuse assessments and provides casework services, supervised visitation services, and substance abuse counseling to clients in Wayne, Henry, and Fayette counties.

Chanda has over 16 years of experience in the human services field in a variety of settings. She brings extensive experience working with families, children and people with disabilities to ESP. Prior to coming to ESP, Chanda was the Director of a therapeutic foster care program, Program Coordinator/Director for an agency that provided services to adults and children with disabilities, Case Manager in a variety of settings and she developed and directed a day program for adults with disabilities. She believes that every person and family can be successful if they are provided with the necessary resources and support.

Chanda earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Family & Consumer Sciences with a concentration in Family Services from Eastern Illinois University.
