Community-Based Casework
An intensive in-home service designed to meet the unique needs of the family. Each family referred to ESP of Indiana is assigned a personal Family Advocate who meets with the family in their homes up to five times each week. A trained staff member is on-call 24/7 to handle crisis situations.

Supervised Visitation
Occurs in the community for families referred for assistance in interaction with their children. The Family Advocate assists the family in appropriate boundaries, healthy interactions, and behavioral issues with the goal of reuniting the family.

Resource Family Support Services
Provides assistance to DCS Resource Families through in-home education, parenting skills, behavioral support and case management. A trained Family Advocate is on-call 24/7 for issues that may arise.

Substance Abuse Assessment
Provides comprehensive diagnostic substance abuse assessments aimed at determining the appropriate level of treatment. Each assessment is conducted by a licensed master’s level therapist and focuses on the strengths of the client.

Substance Abuse Treatment
Provides varied levels of outpatient substance abuse treatment. Dependent upon the recommendations of the assessment, a client may be placed in individual counseling or therapy, group counseling, intensive outpatient treatment (IOT) or psycho-education classes. The goal of each treatment modality is provide the client with the resources to live a life free of substances.

Prevention Education 
Provides outreach education to schools, community centers, churches and other organizations in an effort to reduce substance use in our communities.
